Travelling to Zurich

Zurich is well connected by motorway. We recommend to park the car at 'University Zurich Irchel' park house, as there are no affordable long term car parks in the town centre.

There are excellent train connections from the airport to Zurich main train station (Hauptbahnhof)

From the train station, tram number 6 takes you to the main builing (KOL). Alight at the tram stop 'Platte'. You can also walk the entire distance (uphill, 10-15 minutes). If you want to walk but skip the steep part you can take the historic 'Polybahn' cable car.
