Boat Trip

On this trip we will take a lake steamer for a tour around Lake Zurich. Most of the boats offer simple restaurant facilities, and all of them have two or three levels of decks and lots of windows for wide-angle views of the Swiss mountains and shoreline. We will take the boat from Zurich downtown and go all the way to the “Au Peninsula”, which lies between Horgen and Wädenswil (1hr. from Zurich) and opens up to beautiful views of Lake Zurich and the surrounding mountains. While walking along its trails, one can discover the many natural and cultural sights offered. Situated on the "Au" peninsula is also a renowned restaurant, where we can have a drink and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake.
